Summary: Why did i have to give my credit card to be charged 50.00 "for incidentals"? The person checking in behind me did not. What "incidentals" are they talking about? There is no room service. The only way to view the streaming channels is by inputting your personal account information. The fan in the bathroom was very loud and could not be turned off. The person at the counter did not greet me. She said, 'checking in".
